How To Order - Online Ordering Instructions

When you place a check order on Check Gallery, you’ll experience a simple, safe and secure process. Follow the steps below to learn how to order checks online and receive your favorite eco-friendly check design!

Step 1: Select Check

To order checks, simply click on your desired check design name, image or the "Order now" button. This will send you to the corresponding check detail page.

Step 2: Choose Check Format and Quantity

On the check detail page, go to the “ORDER NOW!” box. Check the box next to the check name, then select the quantity (One Box, Two Boxes or Four Boxes) and check format (Singles or Duplicates with a carbon copy of each check) you wish to purchase. You can also check the box next to a variety of coordinating products including check registers. If you would like your checks faster, add In-Plant Rush.

Step 3: Click Add to Cart

Click "ADD TO CART” to personalize your check order with your information and our featured options.

Step 4: Review Cart

On the shopping cart page, review the product description, check format and quantity to make sure everything is correct. Then click “CONTINUE TO CUSTOMIZATION.”

Step 5: Personalization Options

Personalize your check by adding a designer font, special symbol, monograms, or Over Signature Text. Once you’ve made your selections, click “SUBMIT & CONTINUE.”

Step 6: Personalize Your Checks

Enter your first name, last name, address, city, state, and zip code. Then enter your financial institution routing number, account number and check starting number. Please refer to a check from your current checkbook when entering this information. If one is not available, please refer to your financial institution. Remember that Check Gallery ensures the privacy and security of customer transactions by our use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and GlobalSign's digital certificate. Then click “PREVIEW & CONTINUE.”

Step 7: Your Personalize Check

A window will appear featuring a preview of your check design populated with your personal information and starting check number. This is a close representation of how your checks will look when printed. For security reasons, your account information is not shown at the bottom of the check.

Step 8: Order Review

Please review this page and make sure that your product description is correct. On this page, you can also select EZShield PRO and enter an offer code.

Step 9: Shipping & Billing

Enter your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, email address and home phone number. If the site is not accepting your name, please ensure that there are no special characters or spaces before or after.

On this page, you will also select your shipping method. Choose our expedited In-Plant Rush service or any of our Faster Delivery Options to receive your checks quicker.

Once you have filled out your information and selected your shipping method, click “SUBMIT & CONTINUE.”

Step 10: Final Review & Payment

Once you have reviewed your order, you will enter the following: credit card type, credit card number, credit card expiration date and the name on your credit card. You then can complete your order online electronically by clicking “COMPLETE MY PURCHASE.”

This screen confirms that your order has been submitted. Please print or save this screen for your records.

Order Confirmation via E-mail

You will receive an e-mail with your order confirmation number.
